Attend the Daily Yoga Classes Morning & Evening followed by a guided Walk to the Meditation Caves at Bambaragala. Explore the Bambaragala Caves & go Rock Climbing. Overnight stay in Digana – Rukgala Retreat.

The next morning, begin your yoga class at Niyagama House for a workout and healing session. Engage in guided meditation and relaxation techniques. Upon request, you can continue yoga classes in the evening as well. Then proceed to Galle for an overnight stay in the Niyagama House.
